[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — additional mandatory maintenance charges/services | |
I just moved in the nestaway sharing flat with bad checkin experience. I had asked multiple times to nestaway team at their hub store about any other charges apart from rent before booking this sharing flat. They had assured me that there will be no other charges. I had paid all initial payment - security deposit and advance rent but still on the payment dashboard some amount is showing pending to pay as assure service. I have not opted this and now nestaway team is saying that it is mandatory. There are other 5 persons sharing this flat and they are not getting charged. If any maintenance and cleaning service will be provided with fixed monthly charge then it should be applicable to all. I do not want to pay this additional service charge as it’s a sharing flat and it’s not ethical or legally correct to charge one person for the service or maintenance of a common flat which is shared by others too.
