[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — asking me to vacate the premises to get a refund | |||
We stayed at the place long before nestaway took over the building. Since the services that they provided werent upto the mark, the owner decided to offboard the building from nestaway. I received the message stating this on the 2nd feb 2019. By the time, i had already paid my rent for the month. Since the owner now expects the rent to be paid to him, i needed a refund since it no longer is nestaway's building. When requesting this, they ask me to vacate the premises to get a refund. I don't have to vacate the premises because i want to stay there nestaway or not. But i really need the refund for the rent that i paid though. Was this information helpful? | |||
