[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — charging hidden charges illegally | |||
Team is billing me for some hidden charges in the name of 'service charges' which includes deep cleaning, repairs and maintenance. On calling them, below are the responses on three different scenarios: 1. First time they said we don't provide deep cleaning 2. Second time, they said we can come only when no one is at home so that we are not distracted. This means we should share keys of our house, cupboards to some unknown person and they will come only in my absence. 3. On agreeing for cleaning the third time, they schedule appointment twice, but never turned up Reached out to team multiple times on their app and twitter but never got any answer. I need explanation of what these charges are when they can't provide the service. And now i am so fed up that i dont want this service at all. Recently vacated Nestaway apartment, Nestaway held 4000 Amount for water and power bill when the bills are of 1400 only . No proper response from Nestaway, and asking to pay 1400 bill again .
