Nestaway Technologies — Company not finishing painting/ cleaning work despite taking advance

The Company has taken advance and promised to paint, repair, plumbing, cleaning etc and give by 14 Jan. But it's 26 Jan now and they still haven't finished the work and the Manager Somnath and his Assistant Vijay are not responding / being very rude.
