Nestaway Technologies — Complaint against a employee of nestaway (Nil) and still don't get my deposit refunded | |||
Hello, It's about #nestaway I was staying in a flat in kharadi, Pune .There's a guy called Nil who is a care taker of my flat and near by area given by nestaway When I was on onboarding the guy was very sweet calm, professional with commitments, when I was about to transfer the payment and other details, Nil said that "sir your deposit is save with we'll be give it to you whenever you want to leave this house and therefore the notice period of moving is 2 months but nestaway still understand tenant situations and deal with accordingly, they will definitely refund the deposit" On the other hand 1 day I got know that my mom was sick and I had to move to my hometown all of sudden I had to quit my job because I need to be with my mom and family so I talked to Nil (from nestaway) and he said yes will give your deposit just put everything in the mail and request for moving out in the app. I have done what he said after that, he said sir after the inspection we'll transfer deposit, the date of my move out is 1st of sep and now he's not picking up my call app said that I have moved out successfully.
