I receive my new agreement on 5 July and it needs date correction. The contract start date should be 1 July 2019 to 31 May 2020. I have made multiple phone calls and raised 3 SR’s since 25 June but those are being closed without any resolution. Unless I receive the correct agreement I am unable to pay the rent. My first agreement for 11. Months started from 1 September 2017 to 31 July 2018 and second contract started from 1 August 2018 to 30 June 2019. So automatically my 3rd contract should start from 1 July 2019 to 31 May 2020. Then why are you asking me to renew the contract from 20 June 2019 to 28 May 2020 and asking me to pay 2 days extra rent. Also you are sending me threatening emails that I have to leave the property. As per rule unless I receive the correct agreement I will not be paying the rent. If required I will get in touch with the property owner and have a separate contract made with him.
