I stayed with nest away rented house (flat no. 115, lakshmi venkataswra nilaya, channasandra, bangalore) from 1 june 2016 to 3rd october 2016.
Despite multiple calls to customer care and raising service tickets, i have not got my refund back.
Infact my ticket was closed with out any verification.
When i call cc, instead for giving the reason why the request was closed, they mention what is updated in the portal, which is always confusing and misleading.
As per the payment status, i paid security deposit of 22000, out of 11000 has been deducted since i did not complete lock in period of 6 months which is valid but the complete rent of october is also charged which is not valid.
As per the policy, i have paid 10 days notice, which was updated in the portal.
Considering that only the rent of 3 days should be deducted from the security deposit.
Please help in refunding the remaining amount.
