Nestaway Technologies — Deposit amount pending from Nestaway

I lived in Nestaway for around 2+ years, and vacated by Oct 30th 2020. its been 3months, 23 days and refund is not settled yet. The house ID 8769 listed as 24hrs refund. I have made 100+ calls to Nestaway customer care[protected], sent emails ([protected]@nestaway.com) and raised Service Request (CC_[protected], but no response in any medium. Attached all the screenshot & SR ticket details. Please assist getting my deposit amount back.
