[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — deposit not refunded - system error | |
I got charged 7180 INR when I vacant one of the nestaway property. I raised the complaint to CCE and they confirmed me, that happened because of system error and it will be resolved by eod. I never received any response so, I called them back next day. Again they told eod it will be resolved. This was its, 5 days and never heard back from nestaway. I did the email, no response. I called in customer care, no response. Raised a ticket no update. Ticket number: SC_01511432 Even I asked for providing the deadline, they said we can’t provide that. I am not understanding one this If it’s system error it should be identified in few minutes. How careless you guys are for customer money. But while taking money from customer this never happened.
