[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — disabled customer service/ charging rent | |
I am living with nestaway in a pg in mumbai. We have vacated the pg since 2 months because of the ongoing situations. I have scheduled my move out date for 4th may however lockdown was extended and i can't process move-out. I want to end my contract with nestaway as i'm not living there. But they won't let us vacate our houses and also charged us rent instead of ending the contact. They even charged me rent for 4 days of may month and are asking me for fine if i delayed the payment inspite of government's direction in maharashtra that landlords are not supposed to take rent for 3 months or charge fine for late rent payment. Nestaway's customer care is completely disabled. I have tried calling the customer care but there is no response from their side. We cannot even drop a mail regarding our issue. There is absolutely no way to contact them in case we have issues. The area managers are clueless. There is no proper service from their side and they're just charging us money.
