Hi,
I have made payment on 1st dec, so from my end transaction was successful but at your end is still in processing so my dashboard was not updated and still in processing.
Since i don't want any dues so i again made payment on 4th dec which was successful at both ends.
So the transaction which is still in processing state at your end, can you cancel it and refund to me.
If you have already received the money please refund it to me the processing amount why you are awaiting us with our money only.
