Nestaway Technologies — exorbitant sums added to bill

I have been staying in this place from nearly 2 years.

When we went to make payment we noticed that there a lot of fines mentioned when i have paid the rent on time. Also there was no explanation on what exactly is the reason and we could not reach any of the nestaway representatives to check on this.
Also there are random amounts added as fine. How is it?
Policy says nestaway charges a late payment fee of inr 100/day if any amount is not paid by the due date. This amount is charged upto the date of payment.

But our bill shows 300- 600 added every day.
How can some company charge exorbitant amount of money from the tenants.
Last month is was showing the due as 2491.46 but now it has suddenly jumped to 5216.41. Is it that the fines have got added??? It shows as like we are supposed to pay extra amount. Of almost 13000. How can this be acceptable?
If fines are being levied why no one contacted us to inform the nature of the services and for what reason they are added the charges before starting this? And no one responds to our queries.
Even when we raise a complain there was no action taken and there was not correct response from the customer care. Whenever we raise a service request no one takes it up and not action is taken and then we get a bill added to our account saying that they visited etc.
Also when we reach out to any one from they are not ready to give any explanation for the money added to our bill. Why should we pay without any valid reason.
We are try to move out from 2 months and still no response.

Also I paid all the utilities bill etc. only the other charges (1829) for which we had asked for explanation is pending + the fines for the same shows as (the rest of 10029). I have been trying to contact the customer care about the other charges. But No one answers our query in customer care cant contact in call/sr, but keep adding random fines to the bills.

from yesterday to today the fine description has changed from "fine for unpaid dues of rs. 2430" to
"fine for unpaid dues of rs.6230 " both the numbers don't match the actual amount in dispute.

Also i have sent mail to [protected]@nestaway.com with the details and screenshots of the fines etc. But haven't heard back from the team yet.

Also there were a few cases where they refused to take a complaint related to safety as Nestaway representatives using their keys to enter the house when we were sleeping saying some stories.

when asked they said they thought no one is staying in the house and wanted to show a new customer another house similar to this and didn't have the key for that etc.
