[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — extremely bad experience. | |||
Hi, Nestaway company is doing fraud with me as they are not refunding my security amount 32000 rs. When now i am moving out from the property in bmayan tree apartment, ballendur bangalore. During check in at 8th april, i clearly said to area manager srikanth that i am on project and can move out anytime but i will stay atleast for 1 month. This was the agreement, now when i am moving nestaway company is saying we have 6 months locking period if you go after 1 months then then we will keep all your money. While there was no tenant agreement signed by me. So how they are saying i don’t know. Please help me to get my security amount, as i have to move out on 12th april 2019. Now srikanth area manager is not picking up my phone and nestaway is asking written proof, while as i said no tenant agreement they provided me and i haven’t sign on such things.
