After many call followup there is no action against my query. They promise me to provide rent agreement and access card to entry the society before move-in date 21/01/2020 for that i am already paid on-boarding charges before 5 days. But till date 03/02/2020 no action on that. I am also paid security deposit on the same time.
Please take action asap.
