Nestaway Technologies — Gave payment failed error but they debited the amount next day

While paying june rent Nestaway gave payment failed error(See the email screenshot attached) So i paid again which got successful.
Next day i.e. yday they successfully processed the first failed payment and did not give me any refund. See the Gpay SS attached. First payment is processed on 6th again. Twice they took my money.
