This is regarding my geyser issue.
I had moved in the house just a month ago and while moving, the geyser was provided in very bad condition. Within a month it started leaking from many places and because of that sparks and fumes came.
This is so dangerous to life.
I have put service request for the same and escalated it to level 4 which is highest and already 12 days over and have not got any resolution.
I have contacted the customer care more than 10 times and every time i speak they say they are assigning the vendor and they have not done it till date.
I am so frustrated of calling them so many times.
1st of all they should have provided atleast electrical appliances in good condition. They understand this is a critical issue because of sparks which is dangerous, but despite of critical issue they are ignoring this and not taking it seriously.
I request you to take strict action on this.
