Nestaway Technologies — Have not received the advance payment even after one year of moving out 41137 for house ID | |
We had rented an entire house from nestaway in Bangalore for the period of6 months almost. After which the owner of the house decided to move away from nestaway saying they are not paying the rent to the actual house owner even after collecting it from us. Even after the owner contacted us and told us that we will have to vacate the place, nestaway had not informed us anything on the matter or even the next steps we need to take. At the end we only decided to move out and raised an exit request in the month of October of 2020, after house inspection from nestaway we vacated the place. Now after all this we were expecting our house advance which came upto around 80000 to be paid within several weeks, nestaway only paid about 50000 till today in small amounts. we are still waiting to get the remaining 30000. Now when we contact nestaway after great effort, they tell us that the amount is pending to be refunded from the owners end. We paid our money to nestaway and we expect them to refund the amount to us and then settle their issue with the house owner. From what I gather nestaway is only dropping mails to the house owner asking for refund, for which the house owner is not at al responding. I Expect Nestaway to take responsibility and pay our advnance amount back ASAP. It's not been great dealing with nestaway as thier customer care helpline hardly ever picks the call and they close raised incidents without any action. I'm getting the feeling that nestaway is turning out to be a fraud company(home I'm wrong). Was this information helpful? | |
