[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — haven't received refund for deposit | |||||
Neswatay is very pathetic in terms of service. Never book a house on rent with nestaway. I have vacated my house more than a month ago and haven't received the refund for my deposit yet. I raised a ticket for refund and escalated it till level 4 and nobody even cared to look into it. I have called the customer care at least 20 times till now and they give multiple stupid reasons that they have initiated the transaction and it would be done in 2 days, the other time they say its pending with finance department and others would say that the transaction has been successful. Every time they gave different versions of answers. I even provided them my bank statement and asked them for the transaction ids to check with my bank but they get away by saying stupid reason that the system is slow, they don't have access etc. Looks like there are lots of people facing the same issue from long time and still they are not doing anything about it.
