I am associated with nestaway since 5 months, i have rented a room in tolichowki. Firstly, the executive who has shown this property promised me that there will be no pentalty if i vacate the room with in six months. Later i hear from them that there is a penalty if i vacate in six months. I told the executive that i will be there in the property for only three months. Later i ask them to shift the room in the same property and there is no response from them, neither they receive the call to solve the issue, now i am paying the rent of 9000 inr every month while this amid lockdown. I am not sure if i vacate this property whether i will get atleast one month rent back to my account.. I had sent n number of emails but there is no proper response from them.
