Nestaway Technologies — I am complaining about my move out settlement

I am Sandhya, took internal transfer in Nestaway house in Banglore on 03 rd Jan 2021. I vacated immediately due to my knee accident. Nestaway disabled the move out option in Nestaway application. I have returned keys to nestaway area manager and left the house. I raised many tickets in Nestaway application and requested area manager to settle my deposit amount of 30, 000. Nestaway customer care executives are not responding to my calls and tickets. I am getting reminder calls for rent. PLEASE HELP

My nestaway house ID: N71372. I have all mail communications and proofs. They are keep on adding my rent on Dash board without checking my mails and tickets.
