Nestaway Technologies — move in issue

Hi,
I booked the pala house (Hyderabad gachibowlli) after visiting the house. My area manager was praveen kumari. He shows me the shared room and told that this two beds are available with power backup and attached washroom. I paid the amount infront of him (15-september-2019) and he confirmed the same.
After booking the house i scheduled move in date on 28 september 2019 at 10:00:00 am. I reached there by 10:00 am with my luggage and he came around 10:45:00 am and giving the key of different room (Without attached washroom and power backup) when i asked its not the same room which you shows me on 15-september-2019 then he told yes but now on sharing basis this is the only bed available.
Then i told him to change the room its cheating what you shows and what you are giving is different. Then he told you discuss with nest away customer care and left the premises.
I called nestaway after long hold of 20 minutes i got connected one of the agent explain the same to the issue to agent. He told i am writing the email to my superior and within 5 minutes you will be receive a call. Since they dont have direct contact number to higher authorities.
I was waiting for more than 2 hours then also didn't receive any call. My packers and mover was also waiting outside. Then again i made a same call to customer care then after 25 minutes my call got connected and again they told the same thing. After 30 minutes i received a call from nest away customer executive and she again discuss the whole thing and told that she will call me within 2 minutes but still didn't received any call its more than 2 hours.
Again i called nestaway this time after 15 min. I got connected to the agent name sanjay who is sitting in bangalore office. Again i told the same thing to him he told you can cancel the booking. I asked to connect the superior then he told he cant he was very rude he didn't registered a complain also. I told him to registered a complain then he told he can't. He told either you cancel or pay the two bed charges. This is not acceptable. I am trying to reach my area manager praveen kumari also he switch off his phone.
I am having all the conversion audio clip. I am going to lodge this complain in consumer fourm.
They all are cheater. Now i booked the hotel and looking for another property.
