Nestaway Technologies — Move out settlement | |
I was staying in a NestAway flat and moved out in the Covid situation. As I was moving back to my home town I contacted the customer service and asked that what can I do as I opted for 45 days notice period but I had already moved out. I asked them where can I submit my keys. They gave me the number of area manager who then told me that NestAway has a spare key with them and I can just put my keys in the box provided and do not worry. Now when the actual day of move out came ie after 45 days of notice period they contacted me asked for key. I informed them about the keys and the whole scenario. Now they generated inspection report which is rubbish. They are charging me money for the keys as they have lost there key and had to break the lock to get in. Apart from this they are also asking me to pay for new lock. In the report 50% of the things mentioned were the same when i moved in. Both the geyser are working but they are saying that one is not. The faucet is damaged from day one, the kitchen trolley is not good from day one, the door lock which they replaced was bad from day one. There was a huge seepage problem for which they are charging me which is not at all my fault. Even in the past I asked for number of service requests but not even once they contacted me for helping. These people can only make fake promises and harass their customers. I am just hoping to get my money back and never ever look at this pathetic company for future contact. I will make sure that know one whom i know get involved with this company. Its waste of time, energy and money with them. They don’t call back or reply to any emails.
