Hi, I am Anju. I moved in to the nestaway apartment in Alpine Viva, Seeagahalli, Bangalore on Dec 2021. By Jan 2022, I received complaint from society manager that there is a water leakage from my bathroom to the apartment downstairs. They checked my bathroom flooring and found that there are gaps between tiles and it has to be covered. They asked me to check with owner and nestaway people to repair the bathroom flooring. I called multiple times both nestaway zonal manager David, nestaway technician Clinton and also the owner of the apartment. No one is responding. I got warning from the society management that they will cut off water connection to this apartment if we don't repair the bathroom flooring soon. I don't know what to do next. I am not getting anyone from nestaway to contact. No responsibility from owner side and nestaway side.
Also, we don't have door at kitchen side. The house is open all the time. That also is not repaired by nestaway or owner. Nestaway people are so unprofessional and it is very difficult to live here peacefully. Was this information helpful? |
