Nestaway Technologies — Not refunding deposit and defraud | |
I was staying with nestaway in Kandivali (Amar residency, 1001) from february to april. I have moved out of the house. The lock-in period of my stay was 4 months and i was assured that if i move out before completion of 4 months, i would have to pay a penalty of 50% of my rent i.e. 6000/- However, the amount deducted from my deposit is 12, 000/- and i was told that i would get 50% refund i.e. 6000/- I've already raised a ticket regarding the matter. The ticket is number 02269034. Kindly process the refund as soon as possible. here's a proof of mail i received from Nestaway approving the same and also call recording with an employee at Nestaway. There's also been an additional deduction of 3000/- from my security deposit and no explanation for the deduction is given so please refund that also. Please look into the matter at earliest.
