Nestaway Technologies — Not returning deposit and charging unnecessary charges | |||
Owner of my building has decided to offboard the house from NestAway, as guided by NestAway we have raised move out request and with owners confirmation we decided to stay in same house. As per NestAway we have to provide them owners approval on email to stay in same house post that they will not charge us the painting charges and they will refund us the full deposit. We followed the same and given them all required things whatever they have asked but still they have charged me and my neighbours with painting charges twice and also added some unnecessary dues. We have already paid the rent and maintenance to owner for Nov 2020 and NestAway is charging that as well along with that they are charging fo light bill which are already paying to BESCOM. We have raised multiple tickets with them but not received any response from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
