I was trying to pay my rent of nestaway on 6th april, 2. I tried two times (7.5k exact time) to pay the amount through upi. But transaction was failed both the times. But my amount was deducted from my account. It was expected to receive the amount within 7 days. Till date i haven't received any amount.
I request you please refund my amount. I am giving you the reference ids of transaction. Please check and refund my amount asap.

There is no option under service request for raising the complaint against Payment/ Transaction failed/ Refund Amount etc. I checked under common questions section as well under Online Payment option, but there is no specific question against this query, and there is no such provision about complaining against this.
So I don't have any ticket ID and hence I have raised my complaint on this Platform.
You can contact me on registered mobile number or email ID OR you can revert here on same platform.
There is no response from you team yet. I am not able to make the new Service Request.
So I request you please reply ASAP. Else I have to go through other media.
