[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — payment issue | |||
By abiding the due date 5th july, i have paid the monthly rent (For the month of march) on 4th april by upi (Google pay). But the nesaway dashboard which shows payment information has not been updated and i am being fined on a daily basis. The daily fine has tolled to more than rs. 2000. I am being fined for no reason. I tried contacting customer care but no one is answering. I have also tried raising request many times by the app by nothing has worked. This is malpractice in times when the government is asking landlords to ease rents. This is harassment and i can't sit quietly on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
