Nestaway Technologies — Poor customer care and professionalism | |||||
I rented a 1RK with terrace in Palam Vihar for 13500/- and 27000/- deposit. I was told that there would be no intrusion. The landlady (Rachna Panchal) started construction on 1st floor and terrace, which lead to a lot of disturbance. The place became dirty like a garbage bin, noisy and insecure. Laborers roam around my room from morning till late night. I asked for my security money back as I chose to switch the place. How can a single female live in such a condition? Now they are saying they will deduct a month's rent and other expenses. They have not been taking my calls. NestAway employees at the Gurgaon office, namely Ms. Geeta (HRM), Bhawuk Sharma (Legal) and Anurag (Sales) have been most unpleasant and unsympathetic. This is cheating on their customers.
