I rented a property through NestAway on 03.04.17 and cancelled it within 3 days because of various issues which were promised to be solved by them but were never solved. I vacated the property within 3 days (06.04.17) of the agreement. Due to which, they owe me Rs. 16133, 100% refund which they promised me on call but declined when I asked about it. The amount ended up to be Rs. 14401 after deductions. As per there policy they had to refund the amount to me within 7-10 days but It has been almost a month now and I’ve been chasing them every minute for the same amount. I’m a single working woman new in Bangalore with very little money in hand and I feel harassed and frustrated as a customer by them as even after constant chase and multiple warnings my issue has not been resolved. On top of that they have already deducted May’s rent which I specified them not to. Need help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
