Nestaway Technologies — Refund not received after vacating the accommodation

Hi, i lived in ridge residency, noida from 4 apr 16 to 15 apr 17. After vacating the room, i havent received the refund amount which was supposed to be refunded within 5 days when leaving the accomodation. Please i need this money urgently and it is stuck with nestaway.

Prior to the renting the room, they promised that there is 500rs penalty for getting refund delayed and now there is no condition in this matter, whereas they charge and never waive off any fine charged while paying the rent.

Nesaway sucks.

Hi ! I received the refund of amount which was supposed to be deducted from original amount, and instead of that Original amount is kept by Nestaway.

1.WIFI - Why this has been charged when the connection is pre-paid and was already recharged by us for the month of Apr 17 ? The total amount to be paid is 900Rs, on what behalf this has been deducted Rupees 497 ? Nestaway has never took care of it all the time then why it has been deducted . This should be refunded .

2.Electricity - This is already charged from the deductions. I have paid more than 16k Rupees during the stay. And this has been charged twice within the same deductions.( THIS HAS TO BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY, AS I AM NOT GOING TO PAY A SINGLE RUPEE FOR THIS NOW ).

5&6- Ac not cooling/ AC/TV remote NOT found as it was not there at all = check my SR's raised by me long time ago and no action was taken - SR # 84727 + 84729 + 138529 + 166816 .

a)Tube light ok, it was not working. b)Shower is not working properly because there is no proper flow of water in the bathroom. This concern was already resolved because the water was not coming in the bathroom at all . c) Main door kundi I am not responsible as I was not the only one in the room .
Regarding kitchen stuff, there were several tenants came in and moved out, why such charges have not been covered on them, everything is charged only on me and that to after the 1 year of inception.

Points 5&6 were never discussed with me while vacating the room and there was explanation taken and no acknowledgement for this. This is total carelessness of yours not mine.

I request to re-fund my any amount which has been charged Miscellaneously
