Nestaway Technologies — service complaint | |||
Nestaway are not providing service on time. I am suffering from health issue due to geyser damage from last one week. Everyday they are telling today we'll come for service, today we'll come for service. We are taking leave from office every day for the service vendor at property. It's loss of money for the tenants. Nestaway are not strict about their service facility. But nestaway strict about if we will do any late payment. They have right to put charges on us but customer don't have any right against nestaway. I mean we can't apply any charges if they not providing service on time. I am going to put a complain can you people contact to me on my mail id suman. [protected]@gmail.com. I don't want other people to suffer from such kind of thing in future. Nestaway business is running by customer only and they are not giving value to customer only, for them customer should be everything. Nestaway employees thinking their business is going on by us, we have right we can provide service whenever we want, let the customer suffer Was this information helpful? | |||
