[Resolved]  Nestaway Technologies — service request raised 2 weeks before but still not resolved

I am a owner of house in noida and i have raised service request in nestway 2 weeks before that my agreement has been expired and same has to be renewed with revised prices as per old agreement but there no answer till date. I have escalated request 4 times but still no call or message till date. I have queried to customer care but all in vain. My details are mentioned below:
