Nestaway Technologies — they are fooling customers with false assurances and then not following up on their commitment

I had raised a ticket regarding rent reduction. After a few days i got a call from cust care exec that i need to fill move out request, post which i'll get a retention form. I didn't receive this form. Now they are saying it's not applicable in my case.
It's been more than a 3 weeks now that i've been pushing on this but still haven't received any resolution.
