I had raised a ticket regarding rent reduction. After a few days i got a call from cust care exec that i need to fill move out request, post which i'll get a retention form. I didn't receive this form. Now they are saying it's not applicable in my case.
It's been more than a 3 weeks now that i've been pushing on this but still haven't received any resolution.
They are fooling customers with false assurances and then not following up on their commitment. Was this information helpful? |
