[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — too bad service, raised sewage complaint, service guy came to inspect but didn't do anything

Raised complaint for sewage problem where other tenants toilet and sewage enters into my bathroom. The service guy and checked and went away without resolving the problem. Also on top of that he closed the ticket without resolving it.
Tried to contact the area manager but he also didnot and very rudely cut my call in middle of the conversation, i also tried to contact him but he is not picking my call.

I rented house in nest away thinking that i'll get good service but it exact opposite.
Nobody is there to resolve the problem, customer cares ask to contact area manager, area manager asks to contact house owner.
