[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — unethical behaviour - false promises made to rent the property | |||||
I reside at a nestaway flat, ajanara daffodil, sector 137 noida; i have taken a 2 bhk fully furnished apartment - tv and washing machine was missing and was promised by the agent that it would be provided as soon as you move in. Now it's around 3 weeks and nothing to avail. The area manager and movein incharge are not responding on this. They have one fixed response to all my queries — the owner is not responding. How can these agents commits on owners behalf just to rent out the property? Not only the appliances are missing, they even lied on the hidden charges which i have to bear. I repeatedly asked the agent to inform me upfront if there are any hidden charges apart from the rent so that i don't get surprises when i move in. The agent said no sir there would not a single penny charged apart from the rent. Now i end up paying almost rs2000 extra per month. Need a resolution on this asap.
