[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — unnaturally excessive amounts charged | |||
I recently checked by nest away dashboard for payments and it has surprisingly a charge of rs 2500 rs 4000 and rs 2000 charged as electricity bill. On further detailed check they are saying this for 2000 - deep cleaning 2500 - mattress repair 4000 - utensils missing Its been almost 2 months since i moved out and they are charging this now what reason? Someone might have taken the utensils after i left, why am i to be charged for this? Also a new mattress costs only rs 2000 for the ones they and they charge excessively for repairing it. I really dont understand as there was absolutely nothing wrong with the bed or mattress after i left. Only charge i can agree with is the deep cleaning. Additionally this house had all kinds of problems and its not my duty to repair and already broken down house given by nestaway. Please see attached images for the same.
