Nestaway Technologies — Water bill and house maintenance | |||||
I am a house owner who had entered into Property management agreement for my house in Koramangala to with Nestaway and moved abroad. They have made a mess of my place in 4-5 months post my departure. 1. There was a water leakage which was not repaired by them and subsequent high water bill not paid which led to disconnection of my BWSSB connection. 2. More than half of my house is not occupied and there is no response from Nestway on requesting for explanation. I have been sending them emails but no response. I am also not able to raise complaint through their Dashboard. I want Nestaway to pay the utility bills for my house and restore the BWSSB connection. Also if they are unable to manage my property and arrange for tenants I want them to hand over my property back ASAP after fixing the damages caused by them. Was this information helpful? | |||||

All actions have been taken from my side to contact your team. No responses from your side at all. It is very unfortunate of a progressional organization behaving unprofessionally.
