[Resolved]  Net Banking Money Transfer — default net banking money transfer from st.bank of india to icici bank

I am dr.mrs.uma jindal having pension/saving accounts with wodehouse road br.colaba.state bank of India Mumbai 400 005 for last almost 30 yrs. today some amount I transferred from this br. to my icici br.nariman point mumbai around 9AM...money was debited from my ac. it was through Neft as amt.was less than 2 lacs. Usually it takes about 3-4 hrs.for such transection so I promised to pay somebody which I couldnot fulfil as neft did not take place & amt was not credited to the beneficiary ac. in icici bank.
After that I tried to contact Icici person who told me to contact sbi only as it was to send the money...Sbi people were askingso many qs.& they told me to wait till 7-8PM.
now what to do if such thing happens in largest bank of the country & a deal/business promise is broken.
