In 2017 i renewed domain (which was expiring in 2020) for 10 years, so far its showing as domain renewal in process, so much so that 1 of the domain expired on 31.08.20 and still showing request under process (for last 3 years !!!) on top of it despite raising several tickets and writing emails, everyday for last 1 week to all available email addresses, there isn't a single reply on auth code...
no body is there to talk to resolve...
