Netmeds — poor service and arrogant executives

Hi,

I have ordered medicines on 4th april and delivery date shown as 6-7 april. But i haven't received medicines yet. Delivery boy is calling at 10pm on saturday 7th april and saying he will deliver it on sunday. I tried to report this as issue to customer support of netmed but the lady was too arrogant and saying it's not netmeds issue. The order is not yet delivered.
