[Resolved]  Netmeds — accu-chek active test strip 10's

On 9th june, 2019 i had placed an order ([protected]w) for three items one of which was for accu-chek active test strip 10's. After a delay of 2 days i received the item on 13th june but when i opened the container instead of ten strips there wee only three strips in the container. Next day i made a complaint on their helpline. I was told that my money will be refunded and package will be picked up for return. After 3 days neither happened hence i called up but got the same reply. And after three more days i got a call from netmeds and informed that we have sent the item in perfect packed condition and hence we can not take it back. Now my question is if netmeds ot their supplier send me a box of garbage in perfect condition than does it mean that i have to accept it?
I need my money back as i feel cheated by netmeds. I recommend people to never buy from them instead you can just walk in into the medplus store and they will give you same 20% discount on all items unlike (Netmeds) for order above rs.1000. On top of this you can check the quality and content of the then and there itself.in this case netmed gave me 10% discount whereas when i bought it later from medplus i got 20% discount whereas netmeds had given me 10% on top of which i lost my money as well.

Hi,

Your video shows packing of the consignment and not the status of the Accu-check strip container.
My complaint is not about packing but about what was found inside the item as shown in the photographs shared by me.
I am still waiting for you to come and take back the consignment and refund me my money.
Payment already paid via PayPal and they say they haven't received my money. PayPal says thry have sent the money. Now I don't know who will give me a refund. Please dont use netmeds. Fraud company.
