This is regarding the negligence of the atrocious delivery service Xpressbees, and their believer & supporter Netmeds, that they never deliver the order and lie all the time, create a fraudulent mess and blame it on the customer that customer requested to deliver later, this is about the order NMS[protected]WST

I want the refund as soon as possible and here on if you send anything with this courier service "xpressbees", i will definitely File a case legally in the form of FIR against netmeds and the courier service as well, for behaving fraudulent and despite of the payment they do not deliver the order, plus they do the mental harassment and fraud assurances and then for falsely blaming it on me, i do have the previous many complaints which i had made to Netmeds regarding this same courier service, i shall provide them all to the legal authorities.

    This is naive and atrocious behavior by Netmeds and their delivery partner Xpressbees, they both hand in hand behave like shameless fraudsters. The xpressbees delivery service never delivers on time and i have to each time, since a year, for almost every order, each time i had to complaint that they are not delivering the order, and make them deliver, then after many many complaints those delivery idiots mention the reason that the customer requested later delivery.!!! and after complaining this to Netmeds they say very politely that please don't worry sir your order will be delivered in the evening, like saying Shut up, to me.

    The xpressbees have once delayed for whole month! to deliver a medicine in the past, and once 17 days.! can you imagine??? To deliver prescription medicine after a month??! and after complaining about this, the delivery service guy is not even sorry, instead of that he blames it on me that i didn't pick up the call, and i had requested to deliver this later??!? the nedmeds they behave the same, very polite, it will be delivered today sir, everyday...

    This medicine ordered on 9th dec, was supposed to be delivered on / before 15th dec, since 15th they have never delivered and everyday i have been complaining this to xpressbees, as well as Netmeds (The polite service), they everyday have been giving me the same usual assurances that it will be delivered today, even after one month they will say the same thing!! despite of requesting to nedmeds that please change the deliver partner PLEASE!!!, they do the same thing each time.. Extremely annoying, disappointing, idiotic, naive, silly, fraudulent, and disgusting!

      I have ordered medicines ( NMS[protected]WSO1) from Netmed on 8/12/2018, the due date of delivery was 14/12/2018. I enquired on 15th, the person on the other side assured me that I will get the medicines by 48 hrs. On 17th evening, again I enquired, the customer service again assured me that within the next 48 hrs, the medicines will be delivered. Today (19/12/2018) when I ask them, the customer service person informed me that the medicines were lost in transit. So now you can understand how pathetic, misleading and wrong pieces of information they are giving. Since they are dealing with medicines, this information should be known to other people regarding the status of the company.       The mentioned order was placed on the 8th of December & was shipped out on the very same day.

      But unfortunately, the order was Lost in Transit. We did try our best in getting this order delivered to you as soon as possible.

      Now, Since the order was lost. We have refunded the entire order amount back to your bank account, Order value being Rs.1498.04 Out of which Rs.16.75 was used from your NMS wallet account. So the remaining amount of Rs. 1481.29, was refunded back to your account from where the payment was made.

      We have streamlined our process, to ensure things like these do not happen in the coming future.

        I placed the order on 4/12/18, the estimated delivery date was 10/12/18, as per the awd no.[protected]Ecom express), the product reached the destination city on 6/12/18, the last updated information which is shown is 14/12/18 (In transit)

        Is it a joke netmeds, you’re providing medical services and not some household items, is this the way you deal.

        I mailed and whatsapp them and tried every possible way for the delivery but no resolutions made till date.
        Very pathetic service

          order placed on 24/09/2018 and cancelled by me, my money has not been refunded

          I have placed the order (Order no. Nms[protected]m) on 24/09/2018 at 11:47 am and i have paid for the product through online itself. For some reason i had to cancel it and when i did i was assured that i will get my money back its been 2 months since then i still have not received any amount or response for my complaint from their side. What kind of a garbage company they are running. I want my money back asap....

          I did order for a product oreder nmbr: NMS[protected]M, Order Date :[protected] from netmeds that was covered under a refund period of 30 days and yesterday when i called the customer care to return the product they told me that they won't make the refund on original mode of payment that i have opt for during the time of making payment using my debit card istead they would credit the amount to the netmeds wallet. When i told the executive of netmeds that there is nothing as such mentioned or updated under the refund policy section of netmeds website that a customer can only get refund on their nms wallet then he was numb and started explaining about new terms policy about the refund that can only be made on nms wallet of customers account. Guyz for any healthcare and monitoring products better order from Amazon or Flipkart because their refund policy is very much simplified and way ahead better than this netmeds!! I have also made a video about this just check it!!

          This is about the complaint I want to raise regarding the Tivenca gel
          I had ordered yesterday i.e. 12/03/2018
          and I have not yet received. It is an emergency that is the reason I ordered from NetMeds as they show they deliver medicines on the same day
          I am very disappointed.

            I ordered two medicines with due prescription. The prescription were verified by doctor. I received the parcel. When i checked the drugs i found the drugs which i demanded and i received are different. So i called the call centre, representative registered my complain and told me that within twenty four hours you will get refund. I mailed whole story to [protected]@ netmeds. They generated a new ticket that's all. No further action has been taken so far.

                Dear all,

                I have placer ny order of medicines on 11/11/2018 vide order no. Nms[protected]a but your company dint send my complete order. They charged me for the both the medicines but delivered only one. When i call the customer care the executive has confirmed me yes there might be some issue because of which this could have left. We will dispatch your pending order. But till today 01/12/2018 i havent got the order. Now customer care executive n his supervisor said we have nt received any order for dispatching and in anger told them to refund my money along with delivery charges. So denied to do so and wen i told them to connect my call to senior person available in the office. The supervisor name riyas with employee id net00023 said he is meeting he cannot talk

                  Whenever i am trying to logging to netmeds, with my correct username and password, it is giving message 'invalid username and password'. So i clicked on forgot password and changed my password and everything. But the next day again it is showing the same problem. This time, i am logging with my changed password but still it is giving the same stipulated message and i am not able to get logged into the website. Even i have placed an order yesterday and when try to see the order status next day i. E. Today for which i have to first logging into the website, i am not able to.

                  Please provide solution to my problem.

                      The complaint is regarding short supply of goods. - one baidyanath neem toothpaste supplied instead of two ordered, paid for, and also showed in the accompanying challan. But the actual delivery is of one nos only.

                      Earlier after deleting my initial complaint m/s netmeds wrote me on 9th nov 2018
                      "we regret to inform you that due to a technical error, your email ticket was deleted from the system.

                      If you still have a pending issue concerning your netmeds order, please open a new ticket immediately so we can respond."

                      And. A. New ticket (# nme[protected] was assigned to my query against my relaunching of complaint sent to [protected]@ netmeds.com on 9th nov..
                      Cs m/s netmeds wrote resolving my issues and answering my questions are your top priority.

                      But all claims seem to be lofty. Because such an issue has reoccured for second time with me

                        I placed an insulin medicine on 28th Oct 2018, they delivered me on 1st Nov 2018 as normal medicine but as per medicine it should be delivered with cold storage as it mention over the box medicine should maintain the temperature of 0 to 4 deg celcius but they delivered me as normal medicine.On same day 1 st nov i complaint to them about this issue they logged the complaint .After some day i called them again regarding the update they told they are checking with courier partner till 11th Nov they telling same answer, On 12th they took the older one insulin from me On 14th they placed the new one orders.Now they delivers me today 16th Nov 2018 again same condition as normal medicine only .
                        Firstly they took 20 days till now, i can tell you i use this medicine daily 3 times they delayed so much still not given correct medicine.
                        Secondly, without cold storage this medicine is nothing it will work patient use this medicin his or her glucose level get increased and result patient will get hospital.
                        This immature behaviour by an pharmacy who is playing with hife of their costumer.
                        I faced this issue 2 times like this are doing with everyone.
                        I would like to request you please take serious action against them as this issue is related to health of the public.

                            I have placed an order on 30th october and paid online from my register mobile no. But even today i have not received those medicine, some of which are very necessary for me as advised by doctor. I try to track for last 3-4 days about delivery of these medicine, and all your executive confirmed that will reached for that day. I talked to madam anisa at 4 p m and she confirmed that the medicine will be delivered within 6 pm. But no receiving of the same, i talked again at 8pm to me. Mahesh and he told me the medicine is now at pune, and will take another 2-3 days for delivery. I am really surprised that having order on 30th the delivery will take 15 days? Is it your norms for making business with such life saving drugs? I am placing this complaint, and want to know the action taken by you to your inefficient people who makes your concern down.                               I have ordered one product from netmeds on 27th oct 18.

                              I got an email stating that

                              "please note that your order xxxx has been handed over to the courier service for delivery. We will email and sms your tracking no. Shortly."

                              Again i got an another email :

                              "your tracking number for the recent order xxxx has been issued. The tracking id is xxxx.

                              And expected delivery is between 29oct to 31oct.

                              You can track your order by clicking the following link: https://netmeds.clickpost.in/?waybill=XXXX"

                              I checked that link it is showing that :
                              "your order has been shipped."

                              Till now i am waiting for delivery of product.

                              I have not received any order but i got an email :

                              "we are pleased to inform you that your recent order xxxx has been delivered to the following address:"

                              And the track link they shared still showing message "your order has been shipped" not delivered.

                              Netmed is totally fake.

                              They are just showing order is shipped, order has been delivered not doing anything in real.

                                I have placed an order on 31st october 2018 for medicines and my oid is - nms[protected]w, and i got to know i have not uploaded a new prescription hence i have uploaded the new one on 1st of november from 3rd of november am calling up netmeds and talking to associates and they are all giving vague answers, however with the tracking id pp[protected] by wow express, the status has not been updated from 6th of november to till today, my mom is a dialysis patient, i have ordered these medicines one week before and if something goes wrong who is responsible, i would suggest you please cancel the vendor wow express and educate your bpo sector with humanity, someone called floor supervisoer (Mr. Selvester) i spoke to him on 8th of nivemeber @9.40am and he said he will call me back within 1 hours but he called after an hour, i. E., 10.55am and he spoke to me till 11.24am and he agreed that he will call me back within 11.55am to either deliver the order by 1pm or process the refund...

                                  I have placed an order for medicines (Order # nms[protected]pso1) through netmeds on 25th october 2018, with expected delivery date of 31st october 2018. Received a message on 26th october 2018 stating that order has been handed over to the courier for delivery (Delhivery couriers) with tracking id #[protected].

                                  On 1st november 2018 when i have checked for the delivery status it was showing that the parcel has reached the destination city. I called netmeds customer care and explained them the importance of the medicines and requested them delivery at the earliest. On 2nd november 2018 around 1:30 pm received a message stating the courier is out for delivery and i waited till 6:45 pm and there was not delivery to my residence and then when i called delhivery customer care (After waiting for 15 mins) i was connected to executive who asked me to wait till 8:00 pm and he assured

                                  Me that it would be delivered for sure. Around 7:25 pm i get an message saying delivery was unsuccessful due to bad address (Surprisingly last time order was delivered to same address) and when i called the courier boy he stated that he ran of out of fuel and cannot deliver the parcel now.

                                  On 3rd november when i called the netmeds customer care again for checking the delivery status of medicines, executive over the phone promised me that the delivery would be done maximum by 6:00 pm on the same day and when i inquired around 7:00 pm executive might happen on 5th november 2018 and when i said that you are not understanding the importance of medicines, the netmeds executive says that you do whatever you can and it's your right.

                                  In conclusion i am feeling that netmeds is taking customers for granted and are not sufficing the very purpose of their business.

                                  Hence i request the citizens of india not to believe on netmeds and don't order any medicines from netmeds from here on.

                                    Even after 72 hours medicines ordered are yet to be delivered. Instead of sending useless text messages let them concentrate on prompt next day delivery. I was supposed to start my medication day before yesterday... I am still waiting..

                                    I will never buy from them in future. Please don't patronize this online store. Doni will lose his popularity by advertising for them.
