[Resolved]  Netmeds — company not refunding money

Wrong medicine was sent. Cash was paid on delivery. Netmeds is now creating all kinds of obstacles in refunding the money. Firstly, they don't want to refund the entire amount. They want to make me pay shipping charges for shipping the wrong medicine. Secondly, they want to credit my netmeds account with the reduced amount rather than credit my bank account.

So, if you order from them, your money is as good as gone. You will neither get the medicine that you want nor will they give you back your money.
