[Resolved] Netmeds — delay in delivery every single time | |||
I have always got delayed delivery of medicines in netmeds. Always. Not even once have i received it on time. I just want them to know and be responsible knowing that this js not grocery shopping. It's medicines. They can't delay for weeks everytime. Otherwise they shouldn't promise delivery within 48hours. This is not the first time that this happened. It happen all the time. Patients can't reply for their medicines on this kind of services. Once they even sent a wrong medicine fir a diabetic person. This is not acceptable but still we didn't raise the issue. But now it's high time. Everytime this cannot be tolerated. Once this issue gets resolved we'll surely won't order from netmeds ever again Was this information helpful? | |||

Its personel request to that please stop your bullsheet service as i have odered medicine on first september and not yet received i call your customer care three times but no benefit would you deliver medicine after patient die

And they did it yet again. Forgot to ship few medicines and updated the status as delivered. On writing to them they didn't revert back till 3 days and I had to call them on the 4th day. And then they give the credit of missing medicines in netmeds wallet. How can a medicine supply organisation be so irresponsible all the time. Either they deliver after 15day or they forget to deliver few items or they don't act on your complaints. And in the end just a refund of the missing items and they feel everything ia sorted. Everytime this can't be tolerated. I had decided henceforth I will never ever use netmeds but then they give you the refunds in their netmeds wallets forcing you to order again and go through the same torture one more time
