[Resolved] Netmeds — delivery not on time | |||
Order id[protected]a i given order 9th jan but still 28th jan not received my medicine & customer care guy dated 27 talking rudely to customer. I am taken medicine since 2017 continue every month same medicine and same address. My patient is on serious but netmed is taking lightly. Talking with customer care dt 24th not given proper respond, again contact 27th same answer your medicine reach with in 24hr, i am again contact customer care dt 28th, cc reply same with in 24 hr your medicine will reach.
