The company which accepts online orders for supply of medicines as per prescription assures delivery at specified time at the time of taking orders. After getting payment for such supplies, the company does not bother to send sms or a mail informing about likely delivery if the assured time line is breached. This company is a fraud. They have taken money for the medicine and were to deliver at my doorstep on June 1. No medicines yet. No response from the customer care. The online complaint had not been acted upon. No response on the helpline number.
