[Resolved]  Netmeds — Do not deliver on time

I have ordered medicine few days ago and they are failed to deliver it on time. Although i have paid it in advance and also they have charged courier charges. There is no point of pay courier charges. Cutomer support executive also taking this casually. Its not reliable website and it was my first ever experience.
Even they are not cancelling my order even if i ask to do so.
