[Resolved] Netmeds — medlife - bogus claims, poor service | |||
While placing my first order i have provided a code mc 30 which avails me of 30% discount for my first order as advertised by them when the order arrived the discount applied was 20%. Their customer service advided me to cancel order and place a fresh order with the code, after numerous calls and going back and forth on the matter, now i'm told i cannot avail benefit of 30% discount on first order as an order cancellation has already happened in my account. Thanks to their bogus claims and malafide intention they have wasted a great deal of my time and money on calls since there is a premium charge on calls made to them it's rs1 per minute If the company is so sure of being one of the best in medicine supplies for online services they should be using a 1800 number and not 1860 number for customers to order and not con the consumer for ordering too. The order status showed Delivered but I have not received the package.
With constant follow up with the netmeds I didn't get any solution. The customer care is just useless
