[Resolved] Netmeds — Not delivered | |||
[protected]A this is my order id i have been following up with you team from last 2 days. first the courier company did not updated anything on you app and straight away updated to FAILED DELIVERY. After that chatting with your CSE he initiated the request for delivery again and today it's showing delivered and i haven't received my medicine. How can the courier company do like this. Also the date of delivery is showing 20th august and on chatting with your CSE again he says the order is delivered and we cannot do anything! Seriously!! i want my money back ASAP i'm attaching the screenshots for your reference, just give my money back. I was a regular customer of you but after this fraud buying medicine from you is a big no no for me Was this information helpful? | |||
