Estimated delivered on 20th March 2023.
Till date I have not received the medicines.
Spoke to multiple call center representative’s of Netmeds and each time the commitment was given that they have raised the complaint & the medicine are set on a priority delivery of 24 hrs.
Today almost 9 days have passed but still I have not received the medicine.

This is really an epic example of careless n pathetic service provided by Netmeds. Nobody is taking any responsibility to deliver the product to the costumer as committed. Each time I get the commitment of 24hrs delivery, but nothing happens. Can anybody in the organization will let me know when exactly cause of delay & time of delivery or I need to publish such incidents on social media to get justice.
Medicine being such a critical item, I didn’t find any professional approach at Netmeds to make it available to the customer on priority despite customer waiting for 9 Days..
